They personally see to it that every crew member is competent and comfortable in executing the duties of their position. Each element of the show is rehearsed with repetition until perfect execution has been achieved. Each media asset is played back in its entirety both in rehearsals and the morning of the show and signed off on by the producer. They don’t stop until perfection has been achieved…and then they do it all over again just to make sure.

CES Certified Production Managers work closely with your producers to make sure all necessary equipment and personnel needed for proper execution of the show is secured, scheduled, delivered and is fully functional by the predetermined tech-rehearsal deadline and always with respect to your budget.
The resources and backup power provided by CES empowers our managers to handle almost any last minute client addendums.

CES Certified A/V Technicians provide audio, video and lighting services for all types of functions generally taking place outside of the general session ballrooms. They are well versed in all aspects of corporate A/V and typically work solo or on small tech teams. Their core responsibilities generally are: setting up and tech’ing breakout rooms, setting up temporary sound systems for attendee meals and parties and providing general all around solid A/V labor.
All CES Techs conduct themselves with professional corporate etiquette, dress in standard show blacks and are there to work hard and work fast!

CES Certified Graphics Operators come show ready with powerful MacPro desktop machines equipped with multiple DVI and HD-SDI outputs for matrix switchers like Vista System’s Spyder and Barco’s Encore and ScreenPro Systems. These machines are bundled with the most powerful graphics and video software including: Final Cut Pro, Motion, Compressor, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder, Keynote, Power Point and a variety of other tools for getting the job done.
Our graphics operators exercise exceptional creativity and will no doubt enhance the production value look and feel of your next show. They operate with a “Tell them what you think, Give them what they want!!” mindset and they do it quickly.

CES Certified Power Point Operators pride themselves in their abilities to efficiently work with high maintenance and unprepared presenters during times of extreme pressure while maintaining their professional etiquette.
CES Power Point Operators are experts at problem solving and troubleshooting broken presentations, managing dozens of presenter deck’s simultaneously, keeping track of presentation version numbers, building show-ready decks, setting up graphics village with gigabit networks, printers, shared drives and shared folders.

They assist producers with tasks like: printing, copying, locating local retail vendors, running errands, tracking down clients, seeing through last minute requests, speaker management and anything else that may come up.

CES Certified Camera Operators means peace of mind that you are receiving a skilled professional. Our camera operators have distinguished backgrounds in television news, sports, live events and film and are proficient in building studio and ENG configuration camera packages, hand-held and long lens operation.
We also offer technical directors, camera shaders, cable pullers and video assists.

CES Certified Encore & Spyder Operators are not only trained and certified by Barco and Vista Systems but they have hundreds of hours programming and operating large scale general sessions, award shows and concerts using both of these matrix switchers. Their attitudes and work ethics are evidence of the personal ownership that they take in each of their shows.
From rewriting and building cues on the fly to working with the show caller and graphics operator to maximize creativity and production value, CES Encore & Spyder Operators are committed to the excellence of your show.

During show, they monitor video scopes and manage each camera’s CCU, continuously shading and color correcting for the best possible picture. When there’s a snag in the system, they’re the first ones to troubleshoot it and solve the problem.

With Beta and DVCAM on their way out and hard drive systems quickly taking over, CES Playback Operators have taken action. Their knowledge base of resolutions, pixel aspect ratios, codecs and signal formats make them smart solutions when staffing your crew.
Turbos, Doremis and Playback Pro systems have become the norm and our operators know them inside and out; for both playback and capture.

Our owner/operators have the highest quality in equipment including: gear motors, 360 degree pan/tilt heads, low-mode adapters for Steadicam and even car mounts for those show openers and product reveals that just can’t do without.

Our CES Certified Audio Engineers are available to work with you during pre-production providing drawings, spec requests and proposals or can simply be there in the event your current A1 needs to be filled in for at the last moment.
Stellar credentials and qualifications aside, our audio engineers come prepared to facilitate the common tasks and requests typical of corporate events like: extensive music libraries with pre-cut stingers, recording and editing capabilities and searchable sfx libraries. As a department head or supporting engineer for your show, our engineers always show up with a team player mentality and willingness to add to your show in any way they can.

During load-in, CES A2’s are trained to assist FOH Engineers with the setup and management of: wireless microphone systems, in-ear monitor systems, backstage crew monitors, ClearComm and RTS comm systems.
During show, they are stationed backstage and ensure that at any given point all mics are properly labeled for each presenter of the day, all presenters are mic’d and prepped to go on stage, backup mics are at arms reach and that they are knowledgeable and prepared to troubleshoot any requests coming from FOH.
